Currently, we do not offer customization options for our products. However, we regularly update our collection with a wide variety of new designs, styles, and colors to suit every preference.

Order & Payments

Placing an order is simple!

Shipping Information

We offer shipping services across all serviceable locations within India.

All orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once processed and dispatched, your order will typically be delivered within 2-7 business days across India, depending on your specific region and location (e.g., major cities may receive faster delivery than remote areas).

  • Free Shipping: We offer FREE shipping on all prepaid orders across India.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): A nominal COD fee of ₹49 is applicable per order.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via both email or WhatsApp. This link will allow you to monitor the real-time delivery status of your package.

If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, repeated failed delivery attempts by the courier, or if the customer is unreachable, it will be returned to our facility. A re-shipping charge may apply for resending the order to the correct address. Please ensure your shipping details are accurate to avoid such issues.

We process orders very quickly. If you need to change your shipping address, please contact our customer support immediately (within 1-2 hours of placing the order). We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been dispatched.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

You may request a return within 4 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We require a clear video of the unboxing and the item clearly showing the damage/defect. Upon verification, we will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.

Return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a damaged, defective, or wrong product). In such cases, we will cover the return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns to ensure safe delivery.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
