1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Once processed, the order is dispatched and delivered based on your location.

2. Estimated Shipping Time

  • We deliver across India within 2–10 business days, depending on your region.
Note: Delivery timelines may vary slightly due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, public holidays, or courier disruptions.

3. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email and WhatsApp to monitor your delivery status and track the order in real-time.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499/- across India.
  • A shipping fee of ₹49/- will be applied for orders below ₹499/- and if the order is pre-paid.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a nominal COD fee of ₹99 is applicable.

5. Undeliverable Packages

  • If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, it will be returned to us. A re-shipping charge may apply for resending the order.
