1. Returns Eligibility
- Return within 3 days of receiving your order.
- Item must be unused, with tags and packaging intact.
- Used items are not eligible for return/refund/replacement.
- Contact us within 24 hours for damaged/defective items with an unboxing video.
- Raise the Return Request within 72hrs of receiving the product to be eligible for return by clicking on the link.
Note:
- Unboxing video is mandatory for returns/replacements.
- If the protective film is removed, return/refund is not applicable.
- Color variations are not grounds for return.
- Products with customizable options like Polaroid Photo, print etc. selected are not eligible for returns.
2. Refund Process
- Response within 1–3 business days.
- Refunds processed within 7–10 business days if approved.
- For prepaid orders, if the customer refuses or fails to accept delivery, the refund will be issued after deducting the shipping charges.
3. Return Shipping
- Return shipping cost is to be covered by the customer, unless the return is due to our error.
- Use trackable shipping to avoid lost packages and share the tracking link with us on the below provided email.
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards, sale items, and custom/personalized items are not returnable.
